HOW DOES COACHING WORK?All of us have within our hearts and mind the ability to create a life of value and purpose. Working with a coach who is both supportive and challenging will provide you with focus to identify your vision increase your confidence and gain the courage to make the changes you need for successful living.
When you identify your strengths, your qualities and your personal values - those things that make you uniquely you, and learn to truly live from them, you will stop tolerating the things that get in the way of your success and happiness and you will attract more of what you want into your life.
We coach people to understand where they are and where they want to be. We design your journey together, identifying what it is that you want, then we set up a system of accountability to make things happen. We coach people to know what their dreams are, encourage them and inspire them into an action plan step by step.
Coaching is very much action oriented although it is also very personal, working with you on your goals, your values and your life. Our training and experience allow us to identify and support you in overcoming deeply ingrained habits and blocks that regularly get in your way so that you learn to do things differently ans successfully.
Coaching works equally well over the telephone as in person and we are therefore able to offer sessions globally - in fact our most recent coaching clients have mainly been in the U.S.A.
We also run coaching groups and womens retreats and specialise in 'CONSCIOUS EATING' for people wanting to improve their relationship with food or lose weight.
For coaching to have a chance to really work you should set yourself a time goal of at least 3 months.
