Juicing for health and weight loss

So how easy was this!

A month after completing Jason Vale's 7lb in 7 days Juicing plan and I just want to go back on it! it was the easiest eating plan i've ever followed. No hunger, no cravings, loads of energy. The caffeine withdrawal lasted a bit longer than a day but with determination and a lot of 'mind of matter' I survived through it.
I feel more energetic, lighter, healthier and I continue to drop the lbs by eating 1 or 2 healthy meals and 1or 2 juices.

I've even inspired a few friends to take up the challenge and they've loved it too and have now progressed to his 14 day Turbo Charge Your Life program. We have all lost over the 7lb suggested target and feel way healthier for it.
